In order to accurately test the light output of our LED headlight bulb, we utilize a computer-controlled integrating sphere. This particular integrating sphere boasts a diameter of 1.5 meters, ensuring precise measurements. 

The testing process involves placing the LED headlight bulb in the integrating sphere and securely closing it. This controlled environment allows for the collection of highly accurate lumens ratings. By analyzing the data obtained from this testing method, we can confidently determine the true light output performance of our LED headlight bulbs.
